All staff is required to undergo a complete background check including reference checks and national database registry. All staff must have a minimum of a Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university. As an American Territory there are no work permits required for US Citizens and employment laws are the same as on the mainland US.

Surfhouse Puerto Rico is now hiring for the following positions:

Clinical Director: Seeking an effective communicator and clinician who can provide leadership skills and direction to a team. 2 years Post-Masters or Doctorate level education required. Industry experience strongly preferred. Offering competitive salary to qualified candidate – relocation to Puerto Rico required.

Clinical Liaison: Master level or PhD clinician with previous experience working with young adults preferred. This position requires non- traditional outside of the office support. Liaison’s will be required to meet and communicate with student and families on a regular basis. Salary of the successful candidate based on education and experience. Industry experience a must. Relocation to Puerto Rico required.

Life Coach: Qualified candidates require a Bachelor level education or similar life experiences to qualify for employment. Position requires interaction with the students in their day-to-day life while providing a safe and supportive environment. Preferred specialty working with adolescents and young adults, as well as expertise in a life passion (surfing, yoga, art, music, culinary, mindfulness).
